USA Shipping

• All USA orders are shipped domestically. 
• Orders ship Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for handling and processing before shipment.

New Zealand Shipping

EU & UK Shipping

• All EU & UK orders are shipped from our Canada, Ontario warehouse.
• Orders ship Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for handling and processing.
• VAT, duties, and import taxes are not charged at checkout. Any applicable fees are assessed by local customs authorities upon arrival and are outside of our control.

 

International Shipping

• All international orders are shipped from our Canada, Ontario warehouse.

Tracking Information

• Tracking is emailed to the address used at checkout once your order is dispatched. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see it.
• If you can't find your tracking number, email us at hello@xpandlaces.com and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Tracking Your Order

• All shipments with a selected tracked shipping service will be provided a shipping confirmation email that will include the courier in use and a tracking number
• The tracking information provided by the postal carrier serves as absolute proof of delivery. A package that is shown as « Delivered » cannot be subject to a claim. In the case of a missing package with a tracking stating Delivered, the customer is advised to check his mailbox, front desk or contact his/her nearest post office.
• Xpand is not liable or responsible for loss of goods after delivery confirmation by the postal courier.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempted

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the shipment does not return to Xpand, responsibility remains with the customer when the issue is due to:

• An incomplete, insufficient, or incorrect address
• Delivery attempted, addressee is unknown at place of address
• Mail unclaimed from the local post office
• Delivery refused by the recipient

In these situations, Xpand is unable to offer:

• Refunds
• Replacement shipments
• Refunds of shipping fees

 

Re-shipping & Handling Fee

If a shipment is returned to Xpand due to an unsuccessful delivery, a re-shipping and handling fee will apply as outlined below.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for re-shipping and handling fees when a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

• An incomplete, insufficient, or incorrect shipping address
• Delivery attempted but the addressee is unknown at the address
• Mail unclaimed from the local post office
• Delivery refused by the recipient

Returns & Refunds

Xpand offers a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components.
• A completed Return/Exchange Form must be included in the return package.

 

Return Shipping

• Return shipping labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please use a trackable shipping method. Xpand is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund Processing

• Returned items are inspected within 15 business days of delivery.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds apply only to items from the original order.

 

Refund Calculation Policy

If your order included free shipping or bundle discounts, refund amounts will be adjusted accordingly.

• Full Order Refunds: Refunds will equal the original purchase total minus the cost of standard shipping.
• Partial Refunds: Refunds are recalculated based on the number of items kept. Any applied discounts or bundle pricing will be adjusted automatically.
