EU & UK Shipping

  • Effective July 1st, 2021, all items going into the EU & UK regardless of their value will be subject to VAT.

International Shipping

  • Our Canadian warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. Typically, all international orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • During the holiday season, please allow extra time for us to process your order. We appreciate your patience!
  • We ship to over 200 countries and regions. Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.
  • International delivery times will vary and will depend on the country and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to many factors such as weather, postal delay and customs processing times.

Tracking Your Order

  • Please submit your shipping information in English only, excluding any special characters and carefully review your information before placing your order.
  • All shipments will be provided a shipping confirmation email that will include the courier in use and may also include the tracking number (depending on the shipping service level selected).
  • The tracking information provided by the postal carrier serves as absolute proof of delivery. A package that is shown as « Delivered » cannot be subject to a claim. In the case of a missing package with a tracking stating Delivered, the customer is advised to check his mailbox, front desk or contact his/her nearest post office. Unfortunately we cannot help locate a package that is shown as delivered.
  • We are not liable or responsible for loss incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. Because we include tracking on most packages, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost packages. Inquiries about compensation for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be directed to your selected postal carrier.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempted

  • Items that fail to deliver and DO NOT RETURN back to Xpand will be the customer's responsibility if the initial delivery was unsuccessful because of the following reasons:
    • Incomplete, Insufficient, or incorrect address
    • Delivery attempted, addressee not known at place of address
    • Mail unclaimed from local post office
    • Mail refused by the addressee
    • Refused
  • In any of the above scenarios, Xpand is not obligated to issue:
    • a refund
    • a free replacement package
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Re-shipping & Handling Fee

  • Items that fail to deliver and DO RETURN back to Xpand will be subjected to a "Re-shipping & Handling fee" as outlined in the chart below.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customer will be responsible for Re-shipping & Handling fee if the initial delivery attempted was unsuccessful because of the following reasons:
    • Incomplete, Insufficient, or incorrect address

Returns

  • Xpand has a 90 - Day Satisfaction Guarantee which means that if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept a return and process a refund accordingly to our Refund Calculation Policy.
  • Returns within 90 days must include all components and sent back in the original packaging.
  • If you suspect your shipment is lost in transit or missing, please contact us at hello@xpandlaces.com within 90 days of your order date. Missing orders brought to our attention past 90 days will not be eligible for claims and/or refunds.
  • Occasionally and under certain circumstances as deemed necessary by Xpand’ Customer Support we may accept returns past 90 days. Returns over 90 days must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund.
  • Return labels will not be provided. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of item(s) that is to be refunded.
  • Returned items will be received and inspected.
  • It may take up to 15 business days for refunds to be approved and processed.
  • All returns must include the “Return/Exchange Form” inside the returning package in order for our team to process your request.

      • Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We will not be responsible for items that are not received by our team.
      • An email will be sent to you once inspection is completed by our team. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Banks and credit card companies normally take a few days to clear a transaction so please be patient if the refund does not show automatically.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • For security reasons we can only refund back to the credit card used during the purchase.
      • We will only process exchanges and refunds for laces that are part of your initial order.

       

      Refund Calculation Policy

      • Full order refunds that took advantage of free shipping, bundle discounts and/or promo code discounts will be refunded the amount minus the cost of standard shipping.
      • Partial refunds on initial orders that took advantage of free shipping, bundle discounts and/or promo code discounts will be recalculated based on the total number of laces kept. The difference between the adjusted total and the initial total will be the amount eligible for refund.
