Shipping & Delivery

USA Shipping

• We offer multiple shipping options from either our USA or Canada facility. You'll see these options at checkout and can choose based on your preferences for cost, speed, and duty/tax handling.
• Orders ship Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
• Delivery timelines listed below are in business days and begin once your order has shipped.

Note: If you select a Canadian-origin shipment, your order may be subject to DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means duties or taxes may be charged by the courier at the time of delivery. Choosing a USA-based shipping option guarantees duty-free delivery.

Canada Shipping

• Orders are shipped from our Toronto-area facility and processed Monday through Friday.
• Delivery times depend on your location and selected service level.

New Zealand Shipping

• Orders ship from our New Zealand warehouse.
• Processing time: 1–2 business days.
• Track your order at PBT New Zealand.

EU & UK Shipping

• We ship from our international facility.
• VAT and duties are not included in your checkout total. You may be responsible for local import fees upon delivery.

International Shipping

• Orders ship from our Canadian facility unless otherwise noted.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless a duty-paid service is explicitly selected at checkout.

* Please note that final delivery time may vary depending on local courier performance and customs clearance in your country.

Tracking Information

• Tracking is emailed to the address used at checkout once your order is dispatched. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see it.
• If you can't find your tracking number, email us at hello@xpandlaces.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Tracking Your Order

• All shipments with a selected tracked shipping service will be provided a shipping confirmation email that will include the courier in use and a tracking number
• The tracking information provided by the postal carrier serves as absolute proof of delivery. A package that is shown as « Delivered » cannot be subject to a claim. In the case of a missing package with a tracking stating Delivered, the customer is advised to check his mailbox, front desk or contact his/her nearest post office.
• Xpand is not liable or responsible for loss of goods after delivery confirmation by the postal courier.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempted

• Items that fail to deliver and DO NOT RETURN back to Xpand will be the customer's responsibility if the initial delivery was unsuccessful because of the following reasons:
• Incomplete, Insufficient, or incorrect address
• Delivery attempted, addressee not known at place of address
• Mail unclaimed from local post office
• Mail refused by the addressee
• Refused
• In any of the above scenarios, Xpand is not obligated to issue:
• a refund
• a free replacement package
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Re-shipping & Handling Fee

• Items that fail to deliver and DO RETURN back to Xpand will be subjected to a "Re-shipping & Handling fee" as outlined in the chart below.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customer will be responsible for Re-shipping & Handling fee if the initial delivery attempted was unsuccessful because of the following reasons:
• Incomplete, Insufficient, or incorrect address
• Delivery attempted, addressee not known at place of address
• Mail unclaimed from local post office
• Mail refused by the addressee
• Refused

Returns & Refunds

Xpand offers a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 90 days of the order date.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components.
• A completed Return/Exchange Form must be included in the return package.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return labels are not provided.
• Please use a trackable shipping method. Xpand is not liable for packages lost in transit.

Refund Processing

• Returns are inspected within 15 business days after delivery.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds apply only to items from the original order.
• For security, refunds can only be issued to the card originally used for purchase.

Refund Calculation Policy

If your order received free shipping or bundle discounts, refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

• Full Order Refunds: Refunded amount will be the original purchase total minus the cost of standard shipping.
• Partial Refunds: Refunds will be recalculated based on the number of Xpand Laces kept. Discounts and bundles will be auto-adjusted accordingly.
